Attractions at Rocklog

Rocklog Farm sits on a 20 hectare piece of land split by the D735, with an indigenious forest above and a river at the lower end. Over the past 3 years we have been working hard to develop Rocklog farm into a family orientated venue.

We currently have a few farm animals: ducks, chickens and rabbits. And horses which live on our lower fields.

On the main part of the property, we have the self catering cottages as well as long term residents.

There are play areas for the kids, an amazing jungle gym and trampoline. By arrangement we do guided horse walks for the kids around the farm. The gardens boast a large variety of plants and birdlife. The communal  swimming pool is located in the center of the property, with easy access from both cottages.

The adventurous can do a challenging self guided hike into the indigenous forest to the hilltop and back.  A much more relaxed walk, is to our dam and rockpools at the lower end of the property.

Off road enthusiasts are also welcome to drive down to the dam. The terrain is only challenging in certain parts, but a 4×4 is required.
